MTN customers all over the country have been placed in a tight corner for some days now as Telecommunication Company, MTN, has been bombarding them with so many messages concerning increased charges.
The messages sent by MTN to its customers indicate that effective Tuesday February 7,2023, the price of all MTN products will be increased to reflect an increase in Value Added Tax(VAT) from 12.5% to 15%.
Customers of MTN are also expected to visit www.mtn.com.gh for more details. It’s quite unfortunate that in these trying times , MTN would add more salt to injury by increasing their charges.
The most ‘interesting’ thing about this increase in prices is the fact that over the past three to four days ,MTN has been sending several messages to it’s customers just to inform them of the upward adjustment of prices of it’s products.
