The President of the Republic of Ghana, President Akufo Addo has declared that December 4th isn’t a public holiday.

In a statement released by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, the President indicates that it would be inexpedient for December 4th to be declared as a public holiday.

The statement rather indicates that December 7th has been declared as a public holiday to ensure that all registered voters are able to vote in the elections.
