Organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs), Charterhouse have started releasing the nominees for the various categories of the awards scheme.
This year’s awards is expected to very exciting as well as competitive considering the songs released within the year of review .
In the Best Hiplife category , the nominees are Lasmid (Friday Night ), Medikal (Stubborn Academy), Jay Bhad (Anadwo) , Dj Breezy (Abonten), Amerado (Grace) and Kweku Flick(Ewiase)
For the Best Highlife song category, Episode’s Atia comes up against the likes of AK Songstress’ My Proposal , Adidede by Adina , Kwesi Arthur’s Adom , Kelvynboy’s Downflat as well as Kofi Kinaata’s Have Mercy .
Who wins this category ? Would Kofi Kinaata show his supremacy in this category or would Kelvynboy surprise him with ‘Downflat”?
